((305)) Fitness is a 55-minute, non-stop cardio dance workout class. Each class infuses dance moves, sports drills, conditioning exercises and high intensity interval training (HIIT) to create a full-body, fun workout. The instructor also leads butt-kicking sculpting sections, targeting lower body, upper body, and core, followed by “sprints” of interval training. The class ends with more dancing, a cool down, and a stretch. You'll go crazy for this insanely fun class.
THE BOX is a dynamic boxing experience which pairs powerful shadowboxing, guided heavy bag work, and boxing-inspired bodyweight exercises with high-energy experienced instructors in an intense 45-minute workout.
